Dr. Megan Kamphuis completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and her Bachelor of Science Honours at the University of Guelph in Bio-Medical Science and Neuroscience. She has completed research at the University of Western Ontario in Skeletal Biology and the University of Guelph in Spine Biomechanics and Tissue Regeneration. Dr. Kamphuis has also completed additional training in Activator technique, myofascial release technique, kinesio-taping and tool-assisted soft tissue therapy.

Dr. Kamphuis believes in the importance of healthy active living including nutrition, sleep, and movement for both herself and her patients. She has played competitive volleyball and beach volleyball as well as baseball, rugby, badminton and running throughout her life. Dr. Kamphuis has been a patient of chiropractic care since adolescence and strives to teach her patients the importance of whole-body health and how the body and the musculoskeletal system interact in sport, activities and everyday life.

Dr. Cynthia van Hellemond graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005. She did her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. In 2006 she began working as a chiropractor in Orangeville, Ontario. Dr. van Hellemond is a certified full- body Active Release Techniques (ART) provider. Dr. van Hellemond is an avid runner who has completed numerous half and full marathons. She has also completed Ironman USA 2008, half Ironman Mont Tremblant 2013. and the Transrockies multi-day point to point trail run. Dr. van Hellemond played numerous sports growing up and began using Chiropractic care from a very young age. Currently she treats many recreational athletes, families and children. She is married to Dan and together they have three active children, Samantha, Andrew and Charlotte.
